I've been to 5 different shop and all of them don't want to touch my intake manifold.I know aluminum is tricky to weld. I just need the throttle body swapped. So my question is, what welder(MIG/TIG), wire and setting are you guys using to welder the intake manifold.

the aluminum isn't that tricky so long as it's cleaned properly and prepped accordingly.
unfortunately your question has too broad, depending on size of welder dictates settings for the most part. however, don't take it to a shop, just put a craigslist add up asking for someone capable of welding aluminum to do the job. usually you can get it done for under 50.00. Shops = highway robbery for the most part.
