Spend at most $100 to shield the heat instead of spending $1000+ on a manifold not designed for a RWD setup.

it wasn't glowing, but, it was hot enough to burn the paint on the INSIDE of the driver footwell area. My shoes may have melted a little.

not to mention cost. If you go used: to get two sets of 450cc injectors cleaned and flow tested to verify their flow rates probably costs more than a new set of 1000cc injectors.

I'd venture to say you can't really consider cams the same thing as n2o. n2o is a power adder, like a turbo or supercharger. Cams just help to maximize the efficiency of said power adder.

It's rather easy to play with inertial numbers in the setup parameters of the dyno and get it to read basically whatever ...
